Defining the Composites Parameters

This task shows you how to define the Composites Parameters.

Available in Composites Engineering Design (CPE), Composites Design for Manufacturing (CPM) and Composites Braiding (CPB).
Open an empty CATPart in either Composites Design or Grid Composites Design.

  1. Click Composites Parameters  in the Parameters toolbar.
    The Composites Parameters opens at the Materials tab.

  3. When you are done, click OK to validate and exit the dialog box.
    The materials, orientations, laminates and rosettes definitions are stored under Composites Parameters.

    A contextual menu is available on the Composites Parameters.
