Automatic insert enables you to create shots for a move activity
without using Record (Insert)
on the Recorder pop-up toolbar. |

To use automatic insert, use
Tools >
Options > Digital Mockup > DMU Fitting > DMU Manipulation tab. |

You have two configuration options for automatic
insert:
- On mouse release: Once you let go of the mouse as you move an
object, the place where you let go of the mouse is recorded as a shot.
- While mouse moving:
This option looks at the variables below
to determine how often to insert shots.
- Distance: Specifies the minimum distance step during
simulation recording .
- Angle: Specifies the maximum rotation angle step
during simulation recording.
