Joining a 3d Meeting

You can join a 3d meeting that has been created by another user.

1. Click the 3d Meeting in the list of available meetings and click the Join Meeting button.
   The Meeting dialog box appears that will indicate the other users who have joined the 3d Meeting as well as their eventual status (Publisher Listener).

If you are not already connected to the data source of the documents that have been loaded in the meeting, then you will be prompted for access authentication.
