Upgrading a Chat Meeting to a
Collaboration Meeting 

At any time you can upgrade a chat meeting to a collaboration meeting.

1. In the Chat dialog box, click the Collaborate button. A dialog box appears.

    

   
    

2. Click the checkbox of each tool you wish to be available during the meeting.

3. Click the Send button. Invitations are sent to all of the current members of the chat.
