Performing Cut/Copy/Paste in the Stacking Management

This task shows you how to edit cut/copy/paste rows directly from the Tools Palette  in the Stacking Management.
Not available in DMU Composites Review.
Open a document with a stacking.
 

  1. In the Tools Palette, click Cut Row .

    Cut Row

    • Is not available on Plies Group level.
    • Supports filters and multi-selection.
    • Is also available from the contextual menu.
    The selected rows are cut and ready to be pasted.

  2. Click Copy Row and select one or several rows to copy.

    Copy Row

    • Is available on Sequence level
    • Does not support filters
    • Supports multi-selection.
    • Is available from the contextual menu.
    The selected rows are copied and ready to be pasted.
  3. Click Paste Row .

    Paste Row

    • Is available on Sequence level inside the same plies group as the previous Cut or Copy Row.
    • Does not support filters
    • Is available from the contextual menu .
    All attributes, including the geometry, are pasted. Paste is done before the selected row in the 2D view,
    at the end of the plies group in the specification tree.
    The rows are moved to right location when you leave Stacking Management.
